Photo Booth event design, delivery, setup and removal are included, with any additional travel charges confirmed for your venue. Your booked hours are booth operating time; setup and removal happen separately.
A $100 deposit and signed agreement reserve your date. The deposit counts toward your total, with the remaining balance due seven days before your event.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Your written quote confirms the final total, including any applicable taxes and travel charges.

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Aurora?
Our Digital package costs $450 CAD for three hours. Our Digital and Prints package costs $600 CAD for three hours and adds on-site printing. Both packages have a three-hour minimum. Your written quote confirms the final total, including any applicable taxes and travel charges.
Can we book a photo booth and corporate headshots for the same event?
Yes. Make the most of having your team together by combining photo booth rental with a photographer-led corporate headshot session. We also offer branding photography at our Aurora studio for business websites and marketing. These are optional photography services; tell us what you need and we’ll prepare a combined quote.
Which areas do you serve?
Studio Bokeh is based in Aurora, Ontario. We provide attended photo booth rentals for events in Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Bradford, Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and surrounding communities.
We bring the booth to your venue and handle setup and removal. Include your venue address when requesting a quote so we can confirm availability and any additional travel charges. If your location isn’t listed, contact us to discuss your event.
Can we extend our photo booth rental?
Additional time costs $150 CAD per hour for the Digital package or $200 CAD per hour for Digital and Prints. You can request extra hours when booking. If you would like to extend during the event, speak with our attendant; extensions are subject to availability and your venue’s access arrangements.
Do you offer full-day or multi-day photo booth rentals?
Yes. We offer custom quotes for full-day and multi-day events, including conferences, exhibitions and company celebrations. Send us your dates, venue and required operating hours so we can prepare a suitable package.
Does setup count toward our booked hours?
No. Your booked hours are the time the booth is available for your guests to use. Setup and removal happen separately. We’ll coordinate access with you or your venue so the booth is ready for the agreed start time.
What is an open-air photo booth?
An open-air photo booth is a freestanding camera and touchscreen setup that guests stand in front of, rather than entering an enclosed cabin. Our booth uses a professional camera and studio lighting for individual portraits, couples and group photos.
Can we choose between 4×6 prints and 2×6 photo strips?
Yes. With the Digital and Prints package, you choose either classic 4×6 photo prints or 2×6 photo strips before your event. One print format is used for the booking. The package includes on-site printing throughout your booked booth time, with up to three print copies per photo session.
Can our photo designs include a company logo or event theme?
Yes. Personalized photo designs are included in both packages. We can incorporate your company logo, names, event colours or other agreed design elements. We’ll arrange the design details with you before the event.
How do guests receive their digital photos?
Both packages include digital photos, GIFs and videos, with three sharing options: instant email delivery, instant access by scanning a QR code, and an online event gallery. Guests can access their images on their phones and revisit the gallery after the event.
Will an attendant stay with the booth?
Yes. An on-site attendant oversees booth operation throughout your booked time, helps guests use the touchscreen and manages printing when you choose the Digital and Prints package.
What space and power does the photo booth need?
The booth needs a level area with room for the equipment, umbrella lighting and guests, plus access to a suitable power outlet. Share your venue details and any access restrictions when enquiring. We’ll confirm the space and setup requirements for your event.
How do we reserve our date, and when is payment due?
Submit the enquiry form and we’ll check availability and respond with a quote within one business day. A signed agreement and $100 deposit reserve your date. The deposit counts toward your total. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
What happens if we need to cancel or change our event date?
Contact us as soon as possible so we can review your booking and discuss the options. A replacement date is subject to availability. Cancellation charges, refunds and date-change conditions will be set out in your written booking agreement.
