Sessions are organized in an employee queue or scheduled time slots. Most team members need approximately 10 minutes, allowing us to photograph about six people per hour while still providing individual posing and expression guidance.

Corporate Headshot Pricing for Teams
Our team pricing is simple and transparent:

For example, corporate headshots for 10 employees are $825 + HST and include one professionally retouched image for each person.
Corporate pricing applies when the team is photographed as part of the same project. If the session must be divided across multiple days, locations or substantially different setups, we will provide a custom quote.
Consistent Headshots for Future Employees
Your team will continue to grow after the original headshot day. We keep project records for the lighting, background, crop and retouching style so future employees can receive portraits that match the existing team instead of starting a new visual style every time someone joins.
A future individual employee session is priced at $150 + HST. Location, timing and any required setup are confirmed when the session is scheduled. Monthly invoicing may be available to approved corporate accounts with recurring headshot needs.

How long does each employee need?
Plan for approximately 10 minutes per person. We can usually photograph about six employees per hour, depending on the style and individual adjustments. A 10-person team typically needs about 1 hour and 40 minutes of photography time.
Can you photograph our team at our workplace?
Yes. We can bring professional lighting and a backdrop to your workplace or another suitable location. The space needs enough clear room for the equipment and safe movement around the setup. Share the location details or a photo of the space when requesting a quote so we can confirm it’s suitable.
Can you match our existing corporate headshot style?
Yes. Send us reference images and any brand or image specifications before the session. We’ll confirm what can be matched and plan the lighting, background, crop and retouching approach.
What does each employee receive?
Each team member receives one professionally retouched, high-resolution image through a private online gallery. Additional edited images are available for $30 + HST each.
How quickly will we receive the images?
A private proof gallery is generally available within about one week, depending on team size and the time of year. The final delivery schedule is confirmed in your quote. A 48-hour express option may be available for an additional fee, depending on the schedule, project size and how promptly selections are made.
Can we split the headshots across multiple dates?
Corporate team pricing applies when employees are photographed as part of the same project. If the work needs to be split across multiple days, locations or substantially different setups, we’ll provide a custom quote.
Can you photograph new employees later?
Yes. We keep project notes so future employees can receive portraits that match the existing team. A future individual employee session is $150 + HST; the location, timing and setup are confirmed when it’s scheduled.
How do we reserve the session?
Accept our quote and pay a 10% deposit to confirm the booking. We’ll send an electronic invoice. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or e-transfer.
Is a group photograph included?
Yes. One team portrait is included using the same general setup, provided the available space and schedule make it practical.
