We maintain the agreed lighting, backdrop, crop and retouching style throughout the project so individual portraits work naturally together across your website and business materials.
Efficient Scheduling With Minimal Disruption
Sessions are organized in an employee queue or scheduled time slots. Most team members need approximately 10 minutes, allowing us to photograph about six people per hour while still providing individual posing and expression guidance.

Bring the team to our conveniently located Aurora studio, or have us create a professional headshot setup at your office or another suitable location. We confirm the space and practical requirements with you before the session.
What Is Included With Corporate Headshots
Every corporate headshot project includes:

Corporate Headshot Pricing for Teams
Our team pricing is simple and transparent:

$150 + HST for the first team member

$75 + HST for each additional team member

$30 + HST for each additional edited image

For example, corporate headshots for 10 employees are $825 + HST and include one professionally retouched image for each person.
Corporate pricing applies when the team is photographed as part of the same project. If the session must be divided across multiple days, locations or substantially different setups, we will provide a custom quote.
Consistent Headshots for Future Employees
Your team will continue to grow after the original headshot day. We keep project records for the lighting, background, crop and retouching style so future employees can receive portraits that match the existing team instead of starting a new visual style every time someone joins.
A future individual employee session is priced at $150 + HST. Location, timing and any required setup are confirmed when the session is scheduled. Monthly invoicing may be available to approved corporate accounts with recurring headshot needs.
